ഭാവിയിൽ മുകളിലേക്ക് പണിയാൻ പാകത്തിൽ ഫ്ലാറ്റ് റൂഫായാണ് സ്ട്രക്ചർ ഒരുക്കിയത്. വീടിന്റെ മധ്യത്തിലുള്ള ലാറ്ററൈറ്റ് ക്ലാഡിങ് പതിപ്പിച്ച ഷോവാളാണ് പുറംകാഴ്ചയിലെ ഹൈലൈറ്റ്. മുകളിൽ സ്റ്റെപ് ഇറങ്ങുന്ന ഭാഗം ട്രസ് വർക് ചെയ്തു റൂഫ് ടൈൽ വിരിച്ചു.

സിറ്റൗട്ട്, ലിവിങ്, ഡൈനിങ്, കിച്ചൻ, രണ്ടു കിടപ്പുമുറികൾ, ബാത്റൂം എന്നിവയാണ് 1000 ചതുരശ്രയടിയിൽ ഒരുക്കിയത്. ഫർണിഷിങ്ങിൽ വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള സാമഗ്രികളാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. ഫർണിച്ചറുകൾ കൂടുതലും ഇന്റീരിയറിനോട് ഇണങ്ങുംവിധം കസ്റ്റമൈസ് ചെയ്തു. മാറ്റ് ഫിനിഷുള്ള വിട്രിഫൈഡ് ടൈലാണ് നിലത്തുവിരിച്ചത്. ജിപ്സം ഫോൾസ് സീലിങ്ങും എൽഇഡി ലൈറ്റുകളും നൽകി.

പ്ലൈവുഡ്, മൈക്ക ഫിനിഷിലാണ് കിച്ചൻ ക്യാബിനറ്റുകൾ. നാനോവൈറ്റാണ് കൗണ്ടറിൽ വിരിച്ചത്.

രണ്ടു കിടപ്പുമുറികളും മിനിമൽ ശൈലിയിലാണ് ഒരുക്കിയത്. ഒരു അറ്റാച്ഡ് ബാത്റൂമും ഒരു കോമൺ ബാത്റൂമും നൽകി.

പച്ചപ്പിനോട് ഇഷ്ടമായതുകൊണ്ട് പരമാവധി ഇൻഡോർ പ്ലാന്റസും നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഫർണിഷിങ്ങും ചുറ്റുമതിലും ലാൻഡ്സ്കേപ്പും സഹിതം 22 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് ചെലവായത്. എനിക്ക് അത്രയും ബജറ്റ് സമ്മതമായിരുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ് അത്രയും ചെലവായത്. ഫർണിഷിങ് ലളിതമാക്കിയാൽ ഇത്തരമൊരു വീട് ഏകദേശം 18 ലക്ഷത്തിന് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാനാകും.

ചെലവ് കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ചില കാര്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
