This single floor house is spread across an area of 1280 square feet. Grey colored wall tiles helps to get more attraction. This makes your first impression last longer with this beautiful and appealing facades. A good amount of garden space in front of the house will be a good advantage. This compact ground floor house has another wing which separates itself from the family entertainment space to their private habitable space, which has three bedrooms. The main entrance has been paved with inter-locking tiles. A mix of ultra modern and contemporary, this 1280 square feet house in Nilambur, Malappuram. Almost all the major floors have been done dusting vitrified tiles.
The house has lavish facilities even though a big sum was not earmarked for construction. The small, yet modern, contemporary finishing cost only Rs 15 lacks. This modern home would be an ideal choice for new couple or a small family. The cuboid shaped pillars and walls show no trace of curves, making this house more modern. The sit out and living that lead into the interiors have a rustic finish. White paint is used in all the remaining of the house. If the area is considered, the interiors are not very specious. A living room, dining hall, kitchen, store room, 3 bedrooms, 1 attached bathroom, one common bathroom and stair room add up only 1280 square feet.
However, what makes the house special is the optimum utilization of space. The spaces in the interiors are interconnected which make them looks vast and specious. The dining table which can accommodate 6 person’s doesn’t take up much space, the walls are painted with lighter shades. The plan was conceived by Mansoor, who designed the structure and chalked its layout. While the front elevation is modern, a view from the sides gives it a contemporary simplicity and elegance. The kitchen is simple and a storage unit is built in plywood with a wooden finish. The one bath attached bedroom and other two bedrooms have in built aluminum wardrobes.
