This single floor house is spread across an area of 1195 square feet. Grey colored wall tiles helps to get more attraction. This makes your first impression last longer with this beautiful and appealing facades. A good amount of garden space in front of the house will be a good advantage. The contemporary and modern architectural styles are elegantly combined in the elevation of this house. This compact ground floor house has another wing which separates itself from the family entertainment space to their private habitable space, which has two bedrooms. The design is very streamlined with straight clear lines in elevation which gives it a very modern and understated look and feel.
This modern home would be an ideal choice for new couple or a small family. The cuboid shaped pillars and walls show no trace of curves, making this house more modern. The sit out and car porch that lead into the interiors have a rustic finish. White paint is used in all the remaining sections of the house. If the area is considered, the interiors are very spacious. A living room, dining space, kitchen, work area, common toilet, 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom and dressing area, stair room add up only 1195 square feet. However, what makes the house special is the optimum utilization of space. From the main entrance of the house one reached the big living area which over looks to the open dining space.
The spaces in the interiors are interconnected which make them look vast and specious. The dining table which can accommodate 6 person’s take up much space, the walls are painted with lighter shades. The stairway begins from the living space and the study area is arranged beneath the stair. The living and dining area is more specious. In addition the plan covers a modular kitchen with convenient work area attached, common toilet and a massive roof top terrace. A TV unit is set here and the space can be used as prayer area as well.
